How to Make a Real Estate Brochure With BeFunky

Step 1: Add Your Property Photos

Open the Image Manager from the left-hand menu to upload your property images. You can drag and drop your photos directly into the template’s image placeholders.

Want to enhance your photos before adding them in? Click Edit Image to open the Photo Editor, where you can brighten, crop, sharpen, or even remove distracting objects from your real estate photos.

Step 2: Edit the Text

Click on any text box to type in your own copy – like listing price, specs, or other descriptive property details. Additionally, make sure your name, agency, phone number, email, and website are clearly visible.

Use the Text Properties menu to adjust fonts, sizing, and spacing so your brochure is easy to scan. You can even upload the fonts of your personal or agency branding.

Step 3: Customize the Layout

If you wish to change the background color of your brochure template, navigate to Customize in the main menu. There are several color swatches to select, or you can click on the first color swatch to open the Color Picker. From here, you can select any color you want, or input a specific HEX code if you had a particular shade in mind.

Want to change the color of an existing graphic or shape on your real estate brochure? Just click on the graphic or shape, then select a new color from the Graphic Properties panel.

You can also insert additional graphics by navigating to Graphics in the main menu, followed by Search Graphics. Then, drag and drop your new graphics from the Your Graphics section onto your brochure template.

Step 4: Save and Print Your Brochure

Once your design is complete, click Save at the top of the page. For print-ready materials, choose PDF > Print for the best quality. You can also download your brochure as an image file or PDF to send via email or share digitally with clients.

Once you’ve designed one side of your real estate brochure, it’s time to repeat the above steps for the opposite side. Once both sides are completed, it's time to save and print and share!
