BeFunky Renewal Policy

Subscriptions will auto-renew at their expiration date unless canceled prior to the payment date. A monthly subscription renews after 30 days from the purchase date and an annual subscription renews after 365 days from the purchase date. If you cancel your subscription any time before your payment processing date, you will continue to have an active subscription until the date on which your next payment was scheduled. For example, if your payment is scheduled for the 30th, but you cancel your subscription on the 15th, you will still have an active subscription until the 30th.

A subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time from the My Account page. Due to security and privacy reasons, under no circumstances will BeFunky cancel a subscriber’s subscription via email or phone. A subscription cancellation can only be made by the respective subscriber from their My Account page.

If PayPal was used to purchase a BeFunky subscription, the subscriber will be redirected to their PayPal account to change their subscription preferences.

Cancelling a subscription only stops any future payments. BeFunky does not offer any refunds for the cancellation of a subscription. In the event of cancellation, users are eligible to use their Plus or Pro accounts up until the beginning of the next billing cycle. For Pro subscriptions, access to Batch AI features and the use of credits require an active paid subscription and will be suspended once the subscription is no longer active (after the current billing period ends).

Pro Plan Credits and Batch Usage

Pro subscriptions include a monthly allocation of credits that can be used for certain AI-powered batch features (“Batch AI”). These credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are only usable while an active paid Pro subscription is maintained.

When credits are used, subscription credits are applied first. If those are exhausted, any available purchased credits (“Top-Up Credits”) will be used next.

BeFunky reserves the right to modify the number of credits required for specific features at any time.

Top-Up Credits

Users may purchase additional credits while an active paid Pro subscription is in place.

Top-Up Credits:

• are only usable with an active paid Pro subscription
• are non-refundable and non-transferable

If a Pro subscription is canceled or becomes unpaid, unused Top-Up Credits will remain available for up to 90 days. If the user resubscribes within this period, remaining Top-Up Credits will become usable again. If the subscription is later canceled again, a new 90-day period will begin from the new cancellation date. If the user does not resubscribe within the applicable period, the credits will expire.
