Can I Get a Refund on My Subscription?
All purchases of BeFunky Plus subscriptions are final and are non-refundable, per our Terms of Service and Renewal Policy. If you have failed to cancel your subscription before the end of a trial period or before your renewal date, you will be responsible for the charge of the subscription.
If you have subscribed via BeFunky's mobile app, your subscription is managed by your respective app store. To request a refund for a mobile subscription, you must reach out to the app store from which you downloaded the app and made your purchase.
