How To Get A Refund On Your Subscription

All purchases of BeFunky Plus subscriptions are final and are non-refundable, per our  Terms of Service and our Renewal Policy. All users are notified of this policy at the time of purchase and in the emailed receipt. If you have failed to cancel your subscription before the end of a trial period or before your renewal date, you will be responsible for the charge on the subscription. 

If you have subscribed via BeFunky's mobile app, your subscription is managed by your respective app store. To request a refund for a mobile subscription, you must reach out to the app store from which you downloaded the app and made your purchase.
