BeFunky Plus Features Not Accessible

If you are prompted to upgrade or see Plus watermarks on our tools, despite having an active subscription, read below.

Common Issues

1). You are not logged in to BeFunky. Sign In to your BeFunky Plus account.

2). You are logged into the wrong account. You can find which account you're logged into on your Account Page. If you're logged into a Free account and you have an active Plus subscription, sign out of your Free account and then sign into your Plus account.

Apple users have the ability to anonymize email addresses. If this is case, be sure to verify that you are signing in with the private relay email assigned to you. You can check this on your App Store subscription page.
