Prompted to Upgrade With an Active Plus Subscription
If you are prompted to upgrade or see Plus watermarks on our tools, despite having an active subscription, here are a few reasons why:
1. You may not be logged in to BeFunky. Sign In to your BeFunky Plus account.
2. You may be logged into the wrong account. You can find which account you're logged into on your Account Page. If you're logged into a Free account and you have an active Plus subscription, sign out of your Free account and then sign into your Plus account.
If you used your Apple ID to create your account, you may have anonymized your email addresses. If this is the case, be sure to verify that you are signing in with the private relay email assigned to you. You can check by visiting your app store subscription page.
